Colourgen provides full warranty cover for all of its wide-format hardware including the manufacturers warranty - please see below for details:
Printer/Laminator Hardware
All printer and laminator hardware products come with one-year on-site manufacturers warranty which covers all parts, labour and site visits. But for extra peace of mind we also offer our extended warranty packs.
Printer Extended Warranty
Two, three (and in some cases four) year extended warranty packs are available for most hardware products. These also cover all parts, labour and site visits.
Colourgen Careplan
CarePlans are Colourgens own extended warranty products currently only available for the EPSON wide format printers and Seiko ColorPainter 64S.
CarePlans have been introduced to provide you with the most comprehensive all-in-one after-sales support available. There are absolutely no hidden extras! Our unique CarePlans include all-inclusive on-site support (all parts and labour), guaranteed next working day response for service call-outs, supply and installation of maintenance kits (EPSON printers) and an annual service check.
CarePlans can be purchased at any time during the first 12 months following the installation of your printer and commence from the purchase date. If you would like to purchase a CarePlan after the initial 12-month period, a pre-CarePlan inspection fee is applicable which will commence when a successful inspection is completed.
RIPS (Raster Image Processors)
All software RIPS purchased through Colourgen come with 90 days telephone support.
Chargeable Call-outs
If your printer is out of warranty and needs an engineer visit, don't worry - you can still call us! We will charge you for a one-off site visit, parts and labour - please call us on 01628 588755 for contact us for details
