If the helpdesk is unable to resolve your problem, a fully trained engineer carrying a wide range of spare parts will be on site as soon as possible. Repaired equipment is thoroughly tested before the engineer leaves and all work is fully guaranteed. Colourgen provides support for one-year on-site manufacturers warranties and also provides cover for extended warranties. Support is available for out of warranty products but this will be carried out on a chargeable basis.
