costproof logoCostProof allows users to calculate the cost to produce a print including ink and media before anything is actually printed

Simply enter the cost of the inks and media on the printer and CostProof calculates how much of each will be used and the cost to produce the specified print. CostProof helps to manage costs and margins.

EasyMedia

easymedia logoEasyMedia is the colour profiling tool from Caldera and is available with or without the Gretag MacBeth Eye-One spectrophotometer. EasyMedia takes control of all the stages of colour profiling from transition through to linearisation, to maximum ink limits and the final creation of the ICC profiles.

Key Features

EasyMedia supports the following devices:

VisualCut

Cut contours that are integrated in the PostScript or EPS files are automatically detected by the system, once the reading of the file is over. It may be a PostScript cutting path or a specific spot colour. You can also associate a spot colour to a cutting path in VisualCut without editing the file again in the source application.

Cut & Empose

The tiling module in VisualRip+ allows you to create or import cutting contours from a different file.

Working Flexibility

At the point of sending your image to print, select the cutter you will be using for finishing. A bar code is inserted by the software onto the print. The bar code is then used by VisualCut to recognise the top, bottom and sides of the paper. The system will then automatically position the cutter marks.
