The Mutoh ValueJet 1204 integrate numerous high tech features for high productivity output on to a variety of media.

One such feature is Mutoh's award-winning Intelligent Interweaving print technology (I²).  I² drastically reduces or even completely eliminates defects such as horizontal banding, ink mottle, bleed and the visible effects of missing or misfiring nozzles.  To achieve this, ink is laid down in carefully optimised wave forms as opposed to the straight lines used on most wide format printers.

Eco-Ultra Ink
The ValueJet 1204 uses Mutoh's Eco-Ultra inkset which are based on non-aggressive solvents.  As they do not spread harmful VOC's this printer can be sited in any working environment without special ventilation.    The ValueJet 1204 is ideally suited to low-volume users who want to deliver high quality images on to a variety of low-cost standard uncoated PVC and scrim banner media.

As a result of the inkset, output from the ValueJet 1204 is UV and water resistant for up to 3 years outdoor without lamination although lamination is recommended if the output is for fleet or floor graphics where the output would come under mechanical stress.

Speed Performance
The ValueJet provides typical production speeds on banner media of up to 14m²/h and on self-adhesive uncoated vinyl of up to 7m²/h.
