Seal Applications - Rigid Indoor Displays
This
is one of the most popular methods of producing a sign or display. Rigid
Indoor Displays are used at point-of-sale, trade fairs, shopping centres,
in fact anywhere. The SEAL Rigid Indoor Display System consists of a low
reflectance laminate for protection of the print and a general purpose adhesive,
which mounts the print to foam board or other suitable substrate of your
choice.
How to Produce
This application requires a two pass process through a roller laminator,
using an overlaminate, a mounting adhesive and a substrate eg. Foamboard.

Using a SEAL roller laminator
1. Apply adhesive and overlaminate to the image to create a decal (sticker)
2. Mount to substrate
3. Trim to size

As an exciting alternative to the SEAL recommended rigid display recommendations it is now possible to print directly to self adhesive vinyl films using dye and solvent ink printers. Once printed the images may be applied to a substrate, such as foam board, to create a highly durable graphics panels for indoor applications.

Mount to board and and trim
