Seal Applications - Pop Up Displays

Pop Up Display systems are lightweight, can be stored and transported in a compact form, yet are easily expanded to their full size for ease of use. They are commonly used at exhibitions and shopping centres. The graphics are easy to apply using velcro or magnetic strips. The SEAL Pop Up Display System is comprised of a low reflectance, scuff resistant laminate and an opaque white backing film. This combination offers an excellent balance of opacity, rigidity and rollability whilst providing a good surface for the velcro and magnetic strips to adhere to. Different thicknesses are available depending on the rigidity required and for curved or straight panels.

How to Produce

This application requires a one pass process through a roller laminator, using an overlaminate and a  backing film

Application Media Suitability

1. Inkjet prints
2. Photographic
3. Litho prints

Using a SEAL roller laminator:

1. With the overlaminate on top and the backing film on the bottom, load on to laminator
2. Apply to image
3. Trim panel to size
