Seal Applications - Backlit Displays

backlit displaysBacklit Display systems enhance graphics by illuminating the image from behind, thus displaying the image more clearly. This system is commonly seen in airports, shopping centres, restaurants etc. The SEAL Backlit System offers two simple methods to produce this effective display technique.

How to Produce

This application requires a two pass process through a roller laminator, using an overlaminate, a mounting adhesive and a substrate eg. Acrylic sheet

Application Media Suitability

1. Inkjet prints
2. Photographic (Duratrans)
3. Litho prints

Using a SEAL roller laminator, with backlit media

1. Apply optically clear adhesive to the acrylic sheet
2. Mount to substrate
3. Trim to size

Using a SEAL roller laminator, with front print media

1. Create a decal (sticker) using adhesive and laminate
2. Mount to substrate
3. Trim to size
