18/06/2009 - ImageCo Beefs up Productivity with a New Seiko II ColorPainter

Colourgen reseller, DCP Systems, has installed its first Seiko II ColorPainter H-74S at ImageCo Visual Imaging Ltd, based in Leeds. The new printer replaces a Seiko II ColorPainter 64S, which has been traded in for the powerful new H-Series version. Steve Johnson, Managing Director of ImageCo explains, “We wanted to stick with the Seiko brand because they have always been very reliable and consistent. The H-74S will give us that reliability –with greater functionality and power!” ImageCo Visual Imaging specialises in promotional, photographic and retail printing and differentiates itself by utilising the very latest equipment and printing technology. They have always got on well with the ColorPainter 64S and this new printer takes this functionality, quality and speed to a new level.” The additional features of the Seiko ColorPainter H-74S include the ability to run at nearly 60smph onto PVC, larger ink cartridges for longer unmanned printing and higher quality output through higher resolution. The printer is ideal for the retail market, delivering really high quality prints for both indoor and outdoor displays, as well as high quality banners and self-adhesive graphics. Steve Johnson concludes, “We have not had the printer long, but we are already impressed with the extra productivity and quality it is giving to our business.
